Like every intriguing design, our process is layered.
Amanda will meet you at your home or project site for a casual, no-pressure consultation. During the visit, we’ll discuss your vision, goals, and timeline. If everything feels like a good fit, we’ll move forward by signing an agreement to get started.
001 Free Consultation
At this stage, the creative process truly begins to take shape. While our team measures spaces, reviews plans, and meets with vendors, you’re welcome to add inspiration images to a joint photo album. We then meet for a fun design concepts meeting to share ideas (and perhaps some pastries).
002 Concept Design
Our team creates floor plans, meets with vendors, and sources materials. Once we know each room’s layout, we present all the components: furniture styles, fabrics, wallpaper, paint, window coverings, rugs, etc. You pick your favorite from three options, and we revise as needed.
003 Design Development
Here’s where the vision becomes real! With your design selections finalized, we handle procurement, make routine site visits, and ensure safe delivery and installation of all product. Our journey culminates in a final walk-through, where we admire the space you now get to call home.

How collaborative is the design process?
As collaborative as you wish. You’re welcome to suggest ideas, ask questions, and request revisions throughout the process. Orrr you can just sit back and watch us make magic. Ultimately, it’s your home. As long as you’re pleased, we’re pleased!
Do you require a project minimum?
Nope! We’re more interested in creating your ideal space than squeezing you into a specific budget. While there’s no financial minimum, we do require all construction projects to include the decorative process. If you'd like a clearer picture of what your investment might look like, we’re happy to share typical ranges by room.
How do you charge?
Rather than one large flat fee or minimum retainer, we bill hourly for design time and construction consulting. All team members are billed at the same rate, and hours are never “doubled” (so if two team members attend the same meeting, you’re basically getting our 2-for-1 special). We treat your time as precious as our own.
